Aaron started off doing theatre; appearing in several off-Broadway plays before making his film debut in the 1997 comedy “In the Company of Men”. He then went on to co-star with Renee Zellweger in “Nurse Betty” and Julia Roberts in “Erin Brockovich”.

Aaron was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints. He did a 2-year missionary trip to France. He has previously stated in interviews that if he wasn’t an actor he would be a songwriter. He quit smoking and partying through hypnosis.
