His Early Life
When he was born, he started growing with love for music so at fourteen years of age, he participated in a television contest for young children with talent in different musical fields. He emerged the winner and from there, his talent continued to grow.
Career
He began working with the band ‘Lazy’ and by the end of the 1970’s, the band had released five albums that gained success. Despite this achievement, Akira’s style of music did not work well with the band so he decided to go his own way and start his own band named ‘Loudness’. The band was a great idea and made a lot of impact in the music industry. Apart from being part of the band, he has done some work on his own beginning with “Tusk of Jaguar” which was released in 1982.
In 1996, he worked on “Wa” then “Gene Shaft” was released in 2001. The following year, he released “Made in Hawaii” which was followed by “Splash Mountain” two years later.
