She studied at Buckingham Browne & Nichols in Cambridge.
Acting Career
The actress featured as Tuey Stites in “Milwaukee, Minnesota”, a 2003 American drama film written by R. D Murphy and directed by Allan Mindel. She also played the role of Beth in the 2006 film “Diggers”, starring alongside actors Paul Rudd, Sarah Paulson and Josh Hamilton.
Aside from her film appearances, the actress has starred in the television series “Homicide: Life on the Street” (1997) as Grace Rivera and “Law & Order” (1998) as Gina Bowman.
Nominations
The artist was nominated for the Independent Spirit Award for “Best Female Lead” for her role in “All Over Me”. Directed by Alex Sichel, the 1997 teen drama film sees Folland star alongside Tara Subkoff, Wilson Cruz and Cole Hauser.
