About Allen Carr
Allen was an Accountant and Author born in London, England. At the age of eighteen, he was already a smoker and smoked as much as 100 cigarettes a day. He went to see a hypnotherapist and even though he mentioned that the therapy was not his reason for quitting smoking, it was at that time that he had decided he did not want to smoke anymore.
