Allyssa DeHaan is a popular female basketball player. The American began as a gymnast before becoming a basketball player.
In 2007, she was part of the selected players for the United States U-19 Women’s basketball team to compete in that year’s FIBA U19 World Championship. DeHaan helped the team to win the gold medal at the end of the competition.
Education
She was educated at Grandville High School, Michigan State University, and the Grand Valley State University. She was on the volleyball team of the latter.

She is the child of Brandon DeHaan and Tracia. She has a sibling called Collin. She has been married to Aaron Clark.
Awards and Career Height
She was selected to the All-Big Ten First Team in the 2007-2008 season. In 2007, she won the Big Ten Freshman of the Year Award. In 2005, she was the recipient of the Michigan Miss Basketball Award. She was also a two-time Grand Rapids Press all-area team player.
Additionally, she was ranked as the 4th freshman to score 200 rebounds and 300 points in the history of Michigan State University. DeHaan was also the first freshman of the said university to reach 400-plus points.
Trivia
During her teen years, she was engaged in quite a number of sporting activities including ice skating, swimming, and ballet.
She won the 2005 Michigan Miss Basketball with 816 points.
As of this writing she is the tallest basketball player in the history of Michigan State University.
