About Amr Shabana
Amr Shabana has been described by many as the greatest squash player in history. Before announcing his retirement in 2015, the Egyptian had won four World Squash Championships. He began his professional career in 1995 and, four years later, he helped his country to win the World Team Squash Championships.
He repeated this achievement a decade later. During his active years, he reached 45 tour finals, of which he won 33.
