Anne Sacoolas is the American wife of a US diplomat. Her name began making headlines in 2019 when she was involved in the accidentally death of a British citizen on UK soil.
Family Life
In April, 2003 she wedded Jonathan Sacoolas, whom in addition to being a diplomat is also reportedly a senior-level spy. He was stationed at a military base in the UK at the time of the accident.
Trivia
A 19-year old British motorcyclist by the name of Harry Dunn died after colliding with a car she was driving on 27 August 2019. This occurred close to the military base where her husband was stationed. At the time she was allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road.
She fled Britain under the claim of diplomatic immunity shortly after the accident.
In December of 2019 she was formally charged by the UK with the causing death by dangerous driving.
She studied psychology in college.
