About Annie Mac
Annie Mac is a disc jockey, writer, and radio host of Irish nationality. She has been the host of several shows on BBC Radio 1 such as “Radio 1's Future Sounds”, “Radio 1’s Dance Party”, “Nick Grimshaw and Annie Mac”, and “BBC Switch”. Mac started as a DJ before joining BBC Radio 1. In 2004, her first BBC Radio 1 program was aired.
In 2007, Mac’s debut video podcast was broadcast by BBC Radio 1. Two years later, she released her debut compilation album titled “Annie Mac Presents”. Other released compilation albums of hers include “Annie Mac Presents 2010”, and “Annie Mac Presents 2011”. Mac has also appeared on numerous shows such as “The Culture Show” and “Never Mind the Buzzcocks”.
Education
She was educated at Wesley College and Queen's University Belfast.

She is the child of Rosie and Dave MacManus. She has two siblings named Rachel MacManus and Davey MacManus. In 2018, she tied the knot with Thomas Mackenzie Bell (Toddla T).
