Anthony Perkins was an American actor and singer.
Career
The first film that Perkins was in was The Actress, for which he received a Golden Globe Award. He next was in the films Friendly Persuasion and Fear Strikes Out. After this, he briefly pursued a career in music, releasing three albums. For two years after this, he did theater work, winning a Tony Award for Look Homeward, Angel. He was then in his possibly most famous film, Psycho. He has since been in other acclaimed films and hosted Saturday Night Live.
Personal Life.
Perkins was married with two children. He had HIV and died of AIDS complications.
