He was born in 1963 in Glasgow, Scotland to an Italian father and a Scottish mother. He studied at Oxford University.
Career
In 2017, he published “Hear Me Out”, a book about his ideas on classical music. He later produced “On the Hour” on Radio 4. He made an appearance on HBO‘s sitcom “Avenue 5”, which premiered in 2020.
Personal Life
He married Rachael Jones in 1990. As of 2021, the couple has welcomed two sons and a daughter.
Recognition
He received the Primetime Emmy Award for “Outstanding Comedy Series” for “Veep” in 2015.
Jannucci also won the European Film Award for “Best Comedy” for “The Death of Stalin” in 2018.
