About Bobby Allison
Between 1961 and 1988, Bobby Allison was a strong force in the NASCAR Cup Series. He won the Winston Cup series in 1983. The American retired driver also won three Daytona 500 championships.
Allison is known to be the originator of the drivers’ group known as Alabama Gang. He has also participated in many car racing events including Can-Am, IndyCar, and Trans-Am.
