About Bobby Driscoll
Bobby Driscoll was a talented American actor who enjoyed lots of fame between 1943 and 1960. He featured in a number of Walt Disney Studios' productions including “The Window", "Song of the South" and “So Dear to My Heart" for which he won an Academy Award for “Best Juvenile Actor in a Motion Picture”.
Driscoll's acting career began to decline in the mid-1950s, and he resorted to guest roles on anthology television shows. Later in his life, he battled with drug addiction and spent some time in prison for possessing illegal drugs.
Following his release, he tried to resurrect his career but due to inadequate financial support he died in an abandoned structure in Manhattan's East Village.

In 1960, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
