About Bobby Unser
Bobby Unser was a celebrated driver who was born Robert Unser. He was more popular for being a descendant of the famous Unser family. His family made massive contributions in the automobile scene, winning several championships and setting records. He made his debut at Pike's Peak in 1955, and went ahead to finish fifth. Five years before that, he won his first ever championship at the age of fifteen. He participated in several competitions like Grand National Series, Winston Cup Series, Formula One World Championship, and Indianapolis 500.

His father was Jerome Unser while his mother was known as Mary Craven. His siblings were race drivers Louis, Al and Jerry Unser Jr. He was married to Marsha Sale, Lisa Unser, Barbara Schumaker, and Norma Davis. His children were Robby, Jeri, Bobby Jr. and Cindy.
Achievements
In 1990, his name was added to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame and the International Motorsports Hall of Fame.
In 1997, Bobby was selected into the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame.
He received the Indy 500 Front Row Award in 1999.
