He grew up in Denville, New Jersey and he went to Berkeley College of Music.
Career Highlight
Tichy is into music genres such as hard rock and heavy metal. The American musician formed his own band named Ball and as the leader of the band, they released songs such as “American Aggression” (2000), “A Sturdy in Persistence” (2001) and “Bleed Defeat” (2003).
Aside from the Ball band, Tichy played as a drummer for other bands and singers such as “Whitesnake”, “Foreigner”, Ozzy Osbourne and Sass Jordan. With the latter musician, he also went on tour with him.
Collaboration
He collaborated with the American rock band Pride & Glory to release their self- debut album in 1994.

Growing up, Tichy was inspired by Van Helen, Aerosmith and Led Zeppelin.
