Brittany Ann Daniel is an American film and television actress best known for her role as Kelly Pitts in BET Comedy-drama series, "The Game", and her performance in 90’s teen drama, "Sweet Valley High".
She starred alongside Leonardo DiCaprio during their debut film role in "The Basketball Diaries" (1995).
Additionally, Brittany has appeared in several films including, “White Chicks” (2004), “Joe Dirt” (2001), “Little Man” (2006), and “Skyline” (2010).
Family Life
She was born to Charlton Bradford Daniel and mother, Carolyn. Her twin sister, Cynthia is also a famous photographer and former actress, and her older brother is known as Brad.
She dated fellow actor, Keenen Ivory Wayans for 7 years, but married Adam Touni in 2017.
Achievements
In 1995, she and her sister shared the award for the 'Best Performance: Young Actress in a TV Comedy series' at the Young Artist Awards for their roles in “Sweet Valley High”.
She won the Best Actress award at the 2007 New York International Independent Film & Video Festival.
Trivia
Brittany and her twin sister got signed to Ford Agency at the young age of 11 as models. They worked with brands such as YM, Seventeen magazine and were the faces of Doublemint gum.
She went through chemotherapy after a diagnosis of stage IV non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2011, and became cancer free in 2014.
