Cameron Boyce was an American actor popularly known for his role in the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie, where he starred as the break-dancing video gamer Luke Ross. He is also notable for providing the voice of the titular character in the musical and interactive animated television series Jake and the Never Land Pirates, doing so for 36 episodes from 2012 to 2014.
Film Career
Boyce’s most prominent role is in the buddy comedy film Grown Ups (2010) and its sequel Grown Ups 2 (2013), playing as the son of Adam Sandler’s character. He also appeared in the supernatural horror film Mirrors (2008) and in the science fiction thriller Eagle Eye (2008).
Cause of Death
In 2019, Boyce died at the age of 20 in his sleep due to a seizure.
