About Carla Hall
Carla Hall is a chef and television personality. After retiring from her runway modeling work in Europe, she started Lunch Bunch, a lunch delivery service which she operated for four years before pursuing culinary studies at the Maryland-based L’Académie de Cuisine.
She worked her way up to become an executive chef at a hotel after which she started a catering company called Alchemy Caterers in 2001.
In 2008, she garnered national recognition after appearing as a season five contestant on “Top Chef”, finishing as a runner-up. She also returned to the eighth season of the competition, the all-star edition, as a contestant.
Family Life
She was brought up in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been married to Matthew Lyons since 2006. She became a stepmother to his son, Noah.
