About Cherie Currie
During the 1970s, Cherie Currie performed as a member of the rock band known as Runaways. She helped the group to record a number of hit singles including "Cherry Bomb". She again played a pivotal role in the recording of their self-titled debut studio album in 1976.
Two years later, she released her first album as a solo performer which was under the name “Beauty's Only Skin Deep”.
She later partnered with her twin, Marie Currie. They completed a number of projects as a team including the compilation titled “Young and Wild”, which was released in 1998.
