The American filmmaker burst onto the movie scene with his claim-to-fame, “Buried” starring Ryan Reynolds. In 2014, he worked with Warner Brothers and Leonardo DiCaprio on the film adaptation of Jo Nesbø's, “Blood on Snow”.

Chris attended Roger WillIams University and Bridgewater State University.
Career Highlights
After working on the critically acclaimed “Buried”, he has gone on to write and direct a number of films, including “The Atticus Institute”, “Mercy” and “Falling Slowly”. He wrote the screenplay for 2020’s “Greenland" which featured Gerard Butler and played on HBO and Amazon Prime. He worked with director Adam Salky on the 2021 psychological thriller, “Intrusion” starring Freida Pinto and Logan Marshall-Green.
Personal Life
He married Kerri Morrone in 2008.
Award
In 2011, he received a Goya Award for “Best Original Screenplay” for the movie, “Buried”.
