About Christopher Walken
Christopher Walken is an actor who was catapulted into the limelight for his portrayal of the character Nikanor "Nick" Chebotarevich in the 1978 film The Deer Hunter. He won an Academy Award for Best supporting Actor for his role in the film. His other famous film roles include The Dogs of War, Pulp Fiction, and Catch Me If You Can.
Career
In 1953, he landed his first major role on the television show The Wonderful John Acton. His feature film debut came in 1971 in the film The Anderson Tapes.
Personal Life
He married Georgianne Walken in 1969. He and Georgianne have no children.
