About Chuck Connors
Chuck Connors was an American actor best remembered for his portrayal of Lucas McCain in ABC's series The Rifleman from 1958 to 1963. Prior to his successful acting career, he was a professional basketball and baseball player who played in both Major League Baseball and in the National Basketball Association.
Family Life
He was the son of Marcella and Alban Francis "Allan" Connors. He was married and divorced three times. He had four sons with his first wife, Elizabeth Jane Riddell Connors. His second marriage to actress Kamala Devi produced no children. His third and final marriage was to Faith Quabius. That marriage also produced no children.
Trivia
Prior to quitting smoking, he used to smoke three packs of cigarettes a day.
