Claude Akins’ first role in a film was in the 1953 war movie entitled “From Here to Eternity”. Since then, the celebrated American actor was featured in numerous films and television series but was best known for playing the Sheriff Lobo character in “B. J. and the Bear” as well as in its spinoff “Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo”.
