Personal Life
When she was born, she was given the name Claudia Miriam Gonson and when she was old enough for high school, she was enrolled in Concord Academy. While there, she joined ‘The Zinnias’ and had a great time with them but when it was time for her to leave the school, the band fell apart.
She continued her education at Columbia University and went on to Harvard University. While there, she became part of another band by name ‘Lazy Susan’.
Career
Her talents crossed paths with Stephin Merritt and while working as his manager, they have put together some really great music. She has also worked with great talents like Rick Moody, Shirley Simms, Neil Gaiman and Tanya Donelly.
Some of the music she has worked on include “Quickies” with The Magnetic Fields, “Memories of Love, Eternal Youth and Partygoing” with Future Bible Heroes and “Obscurities” with Stephen Merritt.
