Jan Vogel was a Dutch who made the N--is aware that Corrie was helping Jews escape. The people hiding in the house were not found even though there was a search.
Her father, who was also arrested and jailed, passed on ten days after his arrest. In prison, she preached Christianity to the people together with her sister. They taught with a bible they had smuggled in and got a lot of people turning to Christianity. Her sister also started feeling sick and passed on in December 1944.
