About David Frost
David Frost was an English journalist and television host best known for hosting television shows such as That Was the Week That Was, Breakfast with Frost, Through the Keyhole and Frost Over the World. He was also known for his series of interviews with former US President Richard Nixon known as The Nixon Interviews. In 2013, he died of a heart attack while aboard the cruise ship MS Queen Elizabeth, where he was scheduled to speak.
Personal Life
His first marriage was to Lynne Frederick, from 1981 to 1982. In 1983, he married Lady Carina Fitzalan-Howard, with whom he had three children. The marriage lasted until his death in 2013.
Achievements
He was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1970. He was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Emmy Awards in 2009.
