She was affectionately called the Queen of Disco. Having sold over 140 million records worldwide, she is regarded as one of the world's best-selling artists of all time.
Personal Life
She married singer Bruce Sudano in 1980. The couple had their first child, Brooklyn in 1981. Their second child, Amanda was born in 1982. She had another child named Mimi with her ex-husband Helmut Sommer.
Awards
Throughout her career, she won numerous awards, including five Grammy Awards and six American Music Awards.
Trivia
