Dutch Mantel is an American professional wrestling manager, booker and former professional wrestler who first gained fame wrestling for the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). As a wrestling booker, he has worked for various professional wrestling promotions such as the World Wrestling Council and the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. He has also managed wrestlers such as Doomsday, The Blu Brothers, Jack Swagger and Justin Bradshaw among others. He is considered one of the most influential figures in the history of pro wrestling.

He is a former DCW Heavyweight Champion and HPW Heavyweight Champion. He is also a former WWC Universal Heavyweight Champion. He won the AWA Southern Heavyweight Championship 5 times.
