About Dylan Avery
American filmmaker Dylan Avery is a storyteller at heart not only on the silver screen by constantly giving audiences entertaining shows like the 'Loose Change" movies but with his controversial open attack on the US government during the 9/11 incident.
Personal Life
Although he was raised in UpState New York, he was born in Virginia on November 1, 1983.
Career
He started developing the screenplay for a thriller about a group of friends who learn about a government cover-up of the September 11, 2001 attacks after learning about Paul Thompson's book "Terror Timeline" in mid-2002. He made the decision to do a documentary after receiving two rejections from the Purchase College film program and recognizing that an 18-year-old director couldn't afford to make a full-budget feature. The Loose Change series was born out of this.
He appeared on CNN in March 2008 and the BBC's 9/11 Conspiracy Files in February 2007. Alec Baldwin interviewed him for his "Here's the Thing" podcast in September 2011, on the ten-year anniversary of 9/11.
He collaborated on the movie “Buzzkill”, which followed artist Wes Davis's attempts to abstain from caffeine for 21 days.
