Career
Boen made his screen debut in 1974's “Great Performances”. He appeared in the 1977 series “The Streets of San Francisco” alongside Michael Douglas. This Hawaii native made his feature film debut in the 1976 comedy “The Taming of the Shrew”. He appeared in “Wonder Woman”, “It’s a Living”, “Benson” and “Family Ties”. Boen first starred in the thriller “The Terminator” in 1984 alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger.
He was also a talented voice-over actor and lent his voice to the animated series “A Pup Named Scooby-Doo”, “The Further Adventures of SuperTed”, and “Bonkers”.
With over 290 roles to his credit, Boen made his last appearance in the 2003 sequel “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines”.
