Elisabeth Röhm is an experienced American-German actress, better remembered for her phenomenal portrayal of Kate Lockley in the television series "Angel" as well as Serena Southerlyn in the legal drama series “Law & Order."
She began her career as a professional horse rider but gave up due to a very severe accident. She made her television debut as Dorothy Hayes in the American soap opera "One Life to Live" in 1997, and has since established a good reputation in the acting industry.
She is also noted for her outstanding performance in the Oscar-nominated film "American Hustle" as Dolly Polito. "Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous," "Crimes of the Past", "Heroes" and "Bombshell" are among her other notable works.

She has a child named Easton August Anthony.
She is the daughter of Eberhard Röhm and Lisa Loverde.
