French actress Emmanuelle Seigner worked as a fashion model before she broke into the film industry. Her first film appearance was in the 1984 production, “Year of the Jellyfish”. She also achieved critical acclaim through film roles such as Vanda Jourdain in “Venus in Fur” (directed by her director husband, Roman Polanski), Titine in “La Vie en Rose” and Nathalie in “Place Vendome”.
She has also been a singer, having released four albums between 2007 and 2019, including a collaboration with the band, Ultra Orange.
Family Life
She has two children, including actress Morgane Polanski, with Roman Polanski. They married in 1989. French actor Louis Seigner was her grandfather. Actress Mathilde Seigner is her sister.

She has earned nominations from the Cesar Awards, Satellite Awards and Lumieres Awards for her work.
Trivia
