Early Life
Thompson graduated from the Maryland junior High school and later proceeded to complete her college education at the American University in 1971.
Career
Thompson wrote his first play called "On Golden Pond" in 1978. The play starred popular acts such as Tom Aldredge and Frances Sternhagen. He later acted on Broadway in a show called "Summer Brave".
He also appeared in other productions such as "The Rimers of Eldritch" and "The Last of the Belles."
Personal Life
The actor married Kristie Lanier in 1993.
