About Ferenc Puskás
Ferenc Puskás was a legendary Hungarian soccer player who goes down in history as one of the best goal scorers that the game has ever seen. Mostly used as a striker, Puskás made his mark as a player for Spanish giants Real Madrid. He also played for Budapest Honvéd in his home country.
International career
He scored 84 goals from 85 appearances for the Hungarian national team. He helped his team to the grand finale of the FIFA World Cup in 1954. He later switched nationality and played for the Spanish national team from 1961.
As a manager
He managed a variety of clubs after retiring as a professional footballer. These teams include Real Murcia, Sol de América, Hércules, Vancouver Royals, and Hungary.
