About Flavio Briatore
Flavio Briatore is an Italian businessman known for becoming wealthy through successfully setting up a number of Benetton franchises in the Virgin Islands and the United States. He became the manager of the Benetton Formula One racing team (Renault F1) in 2001. From 2007 to 2010, he was the chairman and co-owner of Queens Park Rangers F.C. In 2009, he was forced to resign as boss of Renault F1 due to his involvement in a race fixing scandal.
Personal Life
His 2003 relationship with supermodel led to the birth of his daughter Helene (Leni). After his split from Heidi, he married model Elisabetta Gregoraci in 2008. The marriage produced a son named Falco in 2010.
Trivia
Throughout his life, he has been convicted of fraud on multiple occasions resulting in fines and prison sentences.
