Frank worked with Hanna-Barbera for most of his career. He was the voice of the elf named Crackle in the 90s Rice Krispies cereal commercials. He also did voices on television shows such as “The Flintstones” to “The Wonder Dog”, and “Ghostbusters”. He is one of the most prolific voice-over actors in history. Frank has also done the voices for Megatron in all of the “Transformers” franchise, including the video games.
