About George Berkeley
George Berkeley was an Irish philosopher and Anglican bishop known for his “Subjective idealism” arguments. According to him, only mental contents were real and argued against the actuality of material objects. Aside from that, he was also known to be a believer of the conceptualism, and Empiricism school of thoughts.
In order to spread his thoughts, he published many books with his first one titled “An Essay Towards a New Theory of Vision”.

After completing Kilkenny College, he moved to Trinity College Dublin where he obtained his first and master’s degrees.
