Growing Up
The director started out by enrolling in the High School of Art and Design in Manhattan, New York City. After graduating in 1960, he went on to have a short spell in the commercial art business before returning to the classroom to teach at the San Francisco Art Institute in 1971.
Career
The director made his professional debut in the 1954 movie "The Wet Destruction of the Atlantic Empire". The recognition he gained propelled him to work on other exciting movies such as "The Asphalt Ribbon” in 1977, "Orphans of the Cosmos" in 2008, and "Lingo of the Lost" in 2010. He also produced other video works such as "Tempest in a Tea Room" in 1990 and "The Confessions of Nina Noir" in 1995.
