About Grace Chatto
Grace Chatto is an English musician and singer. She became known for being a member, serving as a cello player, of the British electronic music band, Clean Bandit. The band made waves with their commercially successful singles Rather Be and Rockabye in 2014 and 2016 respectively.
Together with fellow Clean Bandit member Jack Patterson, she formed a film production company which they named Cleanfilm. They collaborate on producing and directing music videos for the band and other artists.
Personal Life
She and her father founded the group Massive Violins, which is a musical collective made up of cellists who also sing. She has a sister. She and Jack Patterson used to be in a romantic relationship.
Achievements
In 2015, she and the other members of Clean Bandit won a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording for their single Rather Be. The single went ahead to win multiple Ivor Novello Awards in the categories of Most Performed Work and Best Contemporary Song.
