About Greg Graffin
Greg Graffin has lasted longer in the music industry for a longer period than his in his career as an academician. The singer and songwriter rose to prominence as the lead vocalist, a co-founder and songwriter of the American punk rock band, Bad Religion. It was formed in 1980, when Graffin was 15 years old. He is also an evolutionary biologist who has served as a professor of natural sciences at Cornell University and the University of California, Los Angeles.

He studied at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received two bachelor’s degrees; one each in Geology and Biology and a master’s degree in geology. He also obtained a doctorate degree in Zoology from Cornell University.
