Hannah Fraser, better known by her professional alias Hannah Mermaid, is an Australian model, actress and dancer. She has gained prominence in the world of mermaiding through her underwater performances which she has usually carried out while wearing mermaid costume.
She has performed in advertisements, photo shoots and films. She is also a noted marine conservation activist who is famous for her campaigns against fishing practices, which are dangerous to marine life as well as overfishing of sharks and whales.

She is one of the two daughters of the late English singer and songwriter, Andrew McLan Fraser, who was also a member of the band known as Free. Her sister’s name is Jasmine.
