Harry Turtledove became a household name through works that have featured genres such as science fiction, fantasy, historical fiction, alternate history and mystery fiction. A holder of a PhD in Byzantine history, he has written under his birth name and several pen names since publishing his first novel, “Wereblood” in 1979. Amongst his notable novels are “The Two Georges”, “The Guns of the South”, the “Southern Victory” series, the “Worldwar” series and the “Crosstime Traffic” series.
