She is the youngest of the four children born to Diane and William Locklear. She was married to Tommy Lee of Mötley Crüe fame from 1986 to 1993. Her second marriage was to Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi fame in 1994. The marriage produced a daughter named Ava in 1997 before ending in 2007.
