About Henry Lee Lucas
Henry Lee Lucas, also known by the nickname "The Confession Killer", was a notorious American serial killer who gained worldwide notoriety after confessing to murdering over three hundred people. He was sentenced to death but had the sentence commuted to life in prison in 1998 by the then-Governor of Texas George W. Bush after it was revealed that he had falsely confessed to the majority of his murders. He died in prison in 2001 from heart failure.
