Howard Shore is a multi-award winning composer and conductor famously known for his movie soundtracks. He has recorded songs for over 80 films, most notably the "Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit" film trilogies. He received three Academy Awards for his work on the former.
Aside from that, he has gained lots of fame for his role in other notable works such as "Nothing Lasts Forever", "That Thing You Do!", and "The Brood".
