About Ja'net Dubois
Jeannette Dubois, known professionally as Ja'net DuBois, was an American singer–songwriter, actress and a dancer. She was famously known for playing the role of Willona Woods on the popular 70’s sitcom “Good Times”.
In 1983, she recorded her album entitled “Again, Ja'Net DuBois”. She has also starred in several movies – some of them include I'm Gonna Git You Sucka, A Man Called Adam, and Five on the Black Hand Side.

Her mother was identified as Lillian Dubois. She had three children named Raj Kristo Gupta, Rani DuBois and Yovanne DuBois.
She had a romantic relationship with the late American actor, Brock Peters in 1959.
Achievements
She won the Primetime Emmy award for Outstanding Voice-Over Performance in 1999 and 2001. In 2006, she won the Image Award at the TV Land Awards.
Death
She died of natural causes at her home (in California) on 18th February 2020.
