About Janet Reno
Janet Reno was appointed as the United States’ Attorney General (AG) in 1993, and served in that position for eight years. Prior to that, she was Miami-Dade County’s state attorney from 1978 to 1993. In 2002, she unsuccessfully contested for the governorship of Florida.

Education
