Born in Delaware, Allen moved to the capital of country music, Nashville at the age of 22 to pursue his dream of becoming a country artist.
Career
Allen gained recognition as a country artist with his 2018 single “Best Shot”, and it was a commercial success. His debut album “Mercury Lane” topped the Billboard Hot 100 and the Hot Country Songs. In 2021, Allen won his first award at the ACM Awards for his duet with country legend Brad Paisley. He released his second album in 2021 titled “Bettie James Gold Edition” and it was successful as well. Alien has made guest appearances in television series including “The Conners”. He is known for his signature hat, he was slated to perform at the 2022 CMA ceremony but announced in November 2022 to his over 400,000 Instagram followers that he was unable to perform due to health issues.
Personal Life
Allen tied the knot with Alexis Gale in a private ceremony in 2020 and they are raising three children together.
