JJ Hamblett is sensational English pop singer who gained fame as a member of the English boy band, Union J.
He, Jaymi Hensley and Josh Cuthbert auditioned together for the 2012 edition of The X-Factor as a band under the name Triple J. They became Union J after the judges recommended that George Shelley join them to form a quartet. The band released its debut single Carry You, in January 2013 after being signed by Sony Music Entertainment.
Family Life
Hamblett was in a relationship with American model and actress, Catriona Lopez. They had a son, Princeton, in 2013. The two ended their relationship in 2017.
Achievements
In 2013, he and his bandmates of “Union J” received the BBC Radio 1 Teen Award in the category of Best British Breakthrough. Their 2013 single, Beautiful Life, received a nomination for World’s Best Song at the 2014 World Music Awards.
