About Johnny Dang
Johnny Dang, born Thanh Dang, is a popular Vietnamese jeweler who gained prominence with his manufacturing of custom grills for hip hop artists. He and the rest of his family moved to Houston, Texas, from Vietnam in 1996 to join his father who was already operating a jewelry repair shop there.
His collaboration with American rapper, Paul Wall, in making grills in 2002 introduced him to the American hip hop scene.

He and Jennifer Dang, whom he has been married to, have a daughter together.
