Édgar José Ron Vásquez is a Mexican actor known best for his appearances in telenovelas. After making his television debut as Adrian in Mujer de Madera in 2004, he has gone on to achieve fame through roles such as José María Aldama in Juro que te amo, Tomás Arana in Los exitosos Perez, Gustavo Durán in La que no podia amar and Alejandro Rivapalacio in Simplemente Maria.
He also starred as Alessandro Casteló in La mujer del Vendaval and as Pedro Ángeles in Muchacha Italiana viene a casarse.
Family Life
He was born to Rómula Vásquez Castro and Jacinto Ron Rodríguez. His three brothers’ names are Daniel Vásquez, Alejandro Vásquez and Julio Vásquez.
Achievements
In 2010, he won the TVyNovelas Award for “Best Young Lead Actor” for his portrayal of Tomás Arana in Los exitosos Perez. He also won another TVyNovelas Award for “Best Co-star Actor” for starring as Gustavo Durán in La que no podia amar.
